i eat egg whites, thats another good source. im not looking for red meat protein. I dont drink milk. and i eat poultry and chicken, im looking for something to combine with solid protein. I don't need someone to tell me what to eat, im very knowledgeable when it comes to food and diet, thanks.
but if i eat two eggs for breakfast, thats about 12g protein
then i go workout, you're supposed to ingest protein within 40 minutes of lifting weights to repair muscle damage. like hell if im flooring it from my gym home to force down a chicken breast. id rather bring a shake with me.
also, lets say i then have chicken and veggies for lunch (35g)
and pork and beans for dinner (30g)
thats 77g of protein for the day in solid food. im looking for about 150-200g.
