yeah i just got the email, colors are fine but the gap is straight retarded. but are we supposed to email them back even if we still want it? i was confused by the wording
 
by gap do you mean the gap between the "e" and the "l" in level. because that looks like a MAJOR blem. how did they let something like that happen?
 
Wow, Berman showed me some other pictures earlier and this one makes it look really look like not that big of a deal at all. When you are moving around and its on your body (stomping tricks), no one will notice. SIck pull overs and sooo comfy!
 
maybe because if your gonna pay 80 bucks for a sweater it better be what you ordered. when im dropping 7 hours worth of work on somethin i better get what i was told i was going to get. now i gotta cancel and hope to get an emcee off of NS at above AM price most likely

nice, when you wear it and ski in it itts gona be hard to notice the gap although it sucks. Everyone knows what level one is so i mean its not too bad

Yeah I'm actually down with the colours, they aren't that bad... and for the gap well as a few ppl said when you ride it will be so big it will flap in the wind and no one will see it anyways who cares, its a like 2 centimetre gap between the 'e' and the 'l' that will make me changer my min. Its still jiberish clothing and is still dope stuff IMO!So im keeping mine!!! stoooookeddd
 
i agree im not totally pissed though i still like it read what BK said earlier in the thread. They should def send a copy of refresh

These actual colors are way sicker than the mock up's colors. The small gap is a major bummer, but it is what it is. I wonder why they cant tell the manufacturer to go fuck themselves and remake them. "opted to include a small gap" Seems like Level 1 is getting screwed over by these people.
 
i cancelled. there is no way im spending 70 dollars on a fucked up crewneck. and i didnt get it in a massive size so it would have looked dumb.

i dont want it for skiing. i already have a 2xl from last year for that, i wanted this for everyday wear. and regardless, it seems ridiculous to pay that much for a defective product.
 
Those of you asking for free stuff in addition to the crew should just shut up.

Level 1 said that the crews they received were not in line with their design specs....does this mean level 1 goofed up? no. The fact that Berman is emailing everyone who ordered one, and asking if they would still like to go ahead with the order is already some of the best customer service you can get.

It's your decision to buy the crew or not. What the shit is going through your heads to ask for more stuff because you don't like the crew as much as you used to? If you like the crew then buy it, if you don't like it then don't...it's pretty simple.
 
no. good buisness says that regardless of whether its your fault or not, you still compensate your customers.

asking whether you want it or not isnt good customer service, its just whats right. i understand its not bermans fault, but i also dont think its fair to pay full price for something that has a defect.
 
I did not order a Level 1 Crew but...

I think Berman def did the right thing by emailing the buyers. He probably should compensate the people who do continue with their purchase with some stickers or a beanie. I love how the two most dysfunctional Jiberish items were the Level 1 Crews with the cracking of last years and the gap in this years.

I've got a feeling so many people will back out that they'll put the crews back up for sale.
 
Debatable. The gap in the logo is conveniently similar to the one on the Level1 hoody where the zipper goes through the logo. Did Level1 submit the wrong graphic to the manufacturing company? Possibly. Did the manufacturing company use the wrong logo? Possibly, but less probable.
 
so josh emailed me back and is giving me a small discount for an upgrade to the brown hoodie. I was kinda pissed and willing to cancel, but for the principle of him letting me get a discount, im upgrading
 
I don't think that's fair at all. Josh is already bending over backwards to tediously refund every person who isn't 100% satisfied. And honestly, from my past experiences with these guys I bet you will get a little something anyway. Josh didn't want that crew to look like that, and he is getting hit hard for it. People need to stop acting like this is some kind of joke Level 1 pulled to entertain themselves. This kind of stuff constitutes the small amount of revenue this company gets to put out movies like Refresh. If you don't want it, don't get it. Chances are you will have a chance to get something you do like. I would be pissed too, but I'm not going to pretend this is the end of the world for the customer.

Best of luck to Level 1 and all the people who wound up getting screwed by this mishap, I feel for you.

I didn't even notice that the e and l weren't connected untill mid thread. I don't think its that big of a deal, but that was a very responsible thing of Berman to do
 
like said before i dont think its good customer service to refund everyones money i just think its the right thing to do/necessary to keep credibility. In my opinion it would be good customer service to compensate for spending full price on a hoodie thats not the quality you are supposed to be getting. I know everyones just gunna be like"if you dont want it, get a refund and shut the fuck up" but this is just my opinion.
