THis has to do with duke, mainly because of my friend who goes there and turned himself in for the rape kidnapping thing.

So the kid I know turned himself in for the rape thing. His name was released all over the news and his reputation ruined... yet he is still innocent till proven guilty

Now the news won't release the name of the victem to protect her identity. Shes a fucking dirty hoe stripper and she gets the privacy and having her reputation in-tac yet innocent Collin is ALL OVER THE NEWS. I don't see how that is fair at all.
 
Did he turn himself in or was he brought in? I heard one of the two kids says he wasnt even at the party. was this your friend?
 
That's awesome. He should keep track of everything anyone on TV or newspapers says involving his name so that if he gets acquitted, he can sue them all for libel and buy a couple houses.

yes i am sure, i work in the journalism field... you will never see their name because of the emotional stress involved with these types of cases, but it is legal, just like i said before very unethical and your reputation would be tarnished as a paper/ magazine or whatever published it

the news said he posted a $400,000 bond, that's a huge chunk of cash to be able to go home but it's not jail. Jail food makes you shit
 
This is going to sound racist but its not meants to be.

The "victem" or accuser is a poor 27 yr old black single mother of two who is a stripper or whore. Shes already been knocked up twice. She is trying to blame rape on 3 rich white kids to make some money, by doing so she is ruining 3 kids lives. RIDICULOUS, my prayers go out to Collin and his family

if there is a warrant out for your arrest, its a smart idea to act accordingly to what the cops want, in order to be looked at as innocent
 
sounds like the stripper keeps on changing her story which means the charges (if any) will be missdemeanors and will be dismissed

i dont know about the duke case but sometimes rape charges can ruin a person. when i was in college a fraternity brother of mine was charged with rape. it completely ruined him he was never convicted nor did the case actually even go to court, the charges were dismissed. as soon as he was charged, the university suspended him from all campus activitys and functions ( for the remainder of the semester till thing s got cleared), this fucked him for his classes, his student loans, financial aid, pretty much everything was screwed. he ended up having to drop out and is now ( BELEIVE IT OR NOT IT IS TRUE ) working at a pillow factory.

the bullshit was as soon as the complaint was made his life went to hell, fuck waiting to see if he was actually guilt of anything.

the worst part was if you actually read the complaint on the police report. it said she was at a party and drunk started hooking up with my friend, they started haveing sex, consentual sex, (in the official police report) in the middle of having sex, she told him to stop that she shouldnt be doing this and just wanted to go home. he stops puts on his paints calls her a dirty cunt and tells her to get hte fuck aout of the house. she said that she was to drunk give consent and therefore felt she was raped. that was what the complaint said. when it got to the prelimnary hearing the district jgde threw the cas eout. but my buddy is still left with the label of a rpist and still was fucked by the universities actions. all cause some dirty cunt decided she shouldnt of had sex with my friend after the fact.

so to all you ladies just cause you regret something in the morning doesnt make it rape.
 
wow, if u read wut infernohits said, he only wen in because there was a warrent for his arrest. he didnt confess to anything, all he did was NOT run from the police.
 
He pretty much went in and said "I'm the kid with the warrant" so they wouldn't find him and arrest him.

what i dont get is how they said they took the sperm samples of everyone and there wasnt a match from anyone on the lacrosse team, what was up with that?
