The Last Jedi

Hated it, definitely my least favorite Star Wars movie. It was sooooo PC which is honestly the last thing I would want in a Star Wars movie not to mention the token female minority character Rose was one of the worst characters I've seen in a Star Wars movie and it looks like they only put her in to have a female minority hero considering she did practically nothing the entire film. On top of that Snoke was the worst villain and was killed off in such a stupid way before any information was given on him. Also many parts of the plot just made no sense, why didn't the rebels simply load everyone onto a frigate and then just fly their main cruiser through snokes ship sooner? Why did they bother putting in a separate plot line of Fin and Rose in which they accomplish nothing? Not to mention so far the new Star Wars movies are just repackaged old films filled with lame callbacks and references and flat one liners that made me cringe.

TLDR: nerd didn't like new Star Wars

Couldn't think of a better summary myself. Nostalgia can only carry a movie so far, eventually there will have to be a little originality as far as dialogue and plot structure go.

perfect summation of a dogshit movie. the nostalgia was perfectly executed in the force awakens which was its intended purpose.

that whole rose and flin subplot wasted more time than I have and was infuriating. I almost walked out of the theatre in this one I really did.

I like how people are bent out of shape about it being "too PC", as if it isn't a completely fictional world to begin with lol

Because Kylo killing snoke was the last part of his training and evolution and whatnot, him being able to do that meant that he was finally ready to take over the empire.

So true..
