The last Armada thread

OK for the last few months it has been Armada this and Armada that. Personally the site blows, all it tells you is that there are two skis that wil be availble and that they have 6 comfermed, and top of there game, riders! Everyone who says how much they love the skis or thinks that they are the best, my question to you is how do you know that? Have YOU riden them, hell have you even touched one? They probably will be good skis, just like the Publice Enemy will be too, but NOBODY has ridden on them unless you are one of K2 or Armada PRO TEAM! Let the rumors die and wait until the public gets to use the skis! There are too many kids on this site that might believe some of the off the wall rumors! LET IT DIE. The site will give the information as they want us to know. Nobody knows the owners, except that the riders had a big hand in it. And about the money, hell they have made money, why not take a chance, plus most of them get there money from winning events! I hope the skis are good, I hope they do live up to all the hype, but until I get to actually hold one in my hands, flex it and ride it I am waiting before I give my unborn son just to have one. This is just one tired skiers opinion. Lets just ski weither it is a Volkl, Line, K2, Rossi, Dynastar, Head, Atomic, Salomon, Elan, Scott, Knessel, or ARMADA.....After all I don't care what ski you are on if you can't ride them, then you are just a poser!

yeah i think this site sorta killed armada, if i want to buy armada's now everyone will probably think i'm a little dick sucker or something, lets put armada as another ski company, just like line or rossi or what not, if i buy armada's its for the ski not the ' philosophy' of the company

So I was sitting there the other day enjoying a delicious spotted owl taco when along comes this walrus of a woman wearing a midriff t-shirt, exposing her flabby disgusting lard-filled gut as she lumbered along. personally i think that was a pretty pointless post, no offense to fakie. i think what the armada guys are doing is sweet. there ar rumors about them but thats what this site is about. some rumors end up being true. i like people posting what they know or think about armada because i would like to know as much info as possible. as for their site, they seem like they are just tryin to use a 'less is more' approach and they might not have everything ready yet. so i say just let it go, and let poeple talk

amen bro, was there this much hype goin arund when line came out? like seriously, its another company, yes they might look awosme, they might have good riders, but if your not buyin them, then why get all excited? whats the point, its just competition for other companies, its not 'what skiing will become'

 
Yeah, good rant, except the part including elan as a ski company. Elan is as much a ski company as Mad Child is a Big Black Country Singer.

Perhaps Armada will just be another ski company, or maybe they'll be something bigger (they have signed most of the biggest riders)... but who knows. If people want to rant about Armada, power to ya, if you don't want to hear about it than don't read the post. But why try and downplay something that people are curious about, and want to talk about. The more questions, the more that is answered!
