^FYI, Harvey is his last name. His first is Matt. But if you want to know why everyone sounds like they're 'sucking up' to him, read bitchassphatz's post. This site is one of the greatest contributions made to freeskiing, because it allows recreational skiiers to connect across huge distances, whereas under normal circumstances only people affiliated with the industry would have those kinds of connections. Harvey has invested a lot of his personal time into this site, and asked for nothing in return but voluntary donations. This is, ina nutshell, why he is practically defied by so many members, and why he deserves to be. To actually understand it, you'd have to be a part of this community for longer than a few days.
