The inbetweeners

has anyone heard of / watched this show?

It's a British sitcom about a group of guys in high-school who drink, do drugs and try to get laid.

I've only seen a few episodes but I think it's hilarious, and anyone else who has seen it would agree.

Head to your local torrent-depository to download season 1 or 2.

BUMP

My brit friend just put me onto this show, it's hilarious!

all the episodes are on youtube so check it out there.

Skins are showing the 'cool' kids, the inbetweeners are the awkward kids. They're not even close, skins is more drama this is straight up comedy, and it is brilliant. Skins is just straight up predictable and boring.

When I was in Cuba a bunch of really drunk brits started freaking out about how I was the one guy from that show. They got really excited and started taking pictures with me.

When I got home I looked, and I really didn't look anything like him. Silly drunks.

im sick and stayed home today and between yesterday after school and today i watched all three seasons, british television is so much better than shitty american reality shows

im watching a new show called the phone shop now and its pretty funny

if anyone has any other british tv shows to recommend besides these and skins i would appreciate it.

Monty Python is hilarious. The movies and the TV show. Also if you like quarky british humor, faulty towers is a pretty good one

Top Gear; its hilarious and crazy what they do. But maybe its just because I like cars...idk what someone who doesnt would think.

the top two are a little old for my taste

dont really like cars at all

but the phoneshop is like a fucking ridiculous version of the office and because of two characters its pretty funny

I watched an episode last night and thought it was hilarious, was watching it with my mum though and she hated it.

i watched all of them on youtube and thought it was fucking hilarious. i love all of their expressions

It's a little known law, that was written in the constitution (its at the bottom just above the signatures).

It states that "hence foreth and foreth hence, no English person shall be broadcaste on thy USian televisual networks"

Funniest shit ever this show. I don't think they could come up with more awkward situations if they tried to.

Kind of shit that they are making a US version of it though. If it's anything like the conversion of The Office it will loose all its humor :

It's probably the funniest show on earth, and has been running for years. I'd reccommend it to anyone because it really is fucking hilarious. Sadly the movie is where it ends(excluding any special episodes they may choose to do in the future).

PS: The movie is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny.

Quit while you're winning, I say. Establishes the feel of a classic a bit more along with a possible cult following.

So the movie is out already?

Yeah, the movie came out on the 17th August. And it is absolutely hilarious. I presume the movie is only out in the UK at the moment

Okay, gotta see if I can find it somewhere (hardly seeing a Finnish release...ever).

'Mingemobile' is still one of my favourite words.

On episode 5 of the first season. I'm glad I found something to replace Arrested Development. This show is hilarious.

Such a good show, much funnnier than skins. I reckon most people wish their teenage years were like skins (raves, drugs, hot girls, sex), but actually it's more likely it was like the inbetweeners.

I wouldn't know about that... don't we all at some point in our adolescence end up porking our hot-ass teachers, get run over by cars and acquire different personas, dump similar cars into rivers with pounds of weed in them, deal with overtly aggressive sex maniacs called Mad Twatter, run away from a soon-to-be Russian shotgun wedding in the tundras, fake OD's while bouncing on trampolines, say "Wow" a lot, discover that our little sisters are pill-popping village bicycles, be in love with our best friend's girl and somehow end up together anyway and finally, run away to New York of all places.

Couldn't have just been me, right..?
