it doesnt say he wants to sell them it says he's looking for corwbars/electrics so i guess that not flipping but he could very well want to sell them but not of said

i dont.. and if you bought something then u have a right to sell it or look to trade it... no big deal
 
If someone values them at a higher price then he got them for, and is willing to buy them, they should. Obviously he won't sell them for a lower price than he values them at, and a buyer won't pay a higher price than they value them at.

So if they get sold, then both parties viewed their benefits exceeding their costs. Is there something wrong with a win-win?
