he kept pissing me off. i was ignoring him until today. he wanted to fight me last week but i said no. he started pushing me so i pushed him back. he grabbed me by the collar and i grabbed him. he tried to punch me, but it didnt go to well for him. he fell and i punched him like 5 or 6 times in the head/face. he got up and tried to flip me but it didnt work out. he had his arms around my torso so i put him in a head lock and i leaned against wall and waited for a teacher.

how the fuck do you get that big of a fine and suspension? i got in a fight, shit on the kids life, and got an in-school for one day and he got a fine.
 
well lets put it this way. kelowna (my city) police dont care if you walk down the streets and smoke a joint. they care if 2 15 year olds get into a fight, and one (me) is defending himself.

i told the cop it was either keep punching or get knocked the fuck out
 
that's fucking stupid. my city basically spazzes on everything but i surprisingly got off easy that time. one thing they take too seriously is harassment... got suspended 3 times sophomore year for that bullshit. (/claim lol jk)

kangbang is like an e-thug only in real life. He doesn't CARE if talking shit in person is dangerous... but he literally did nothing but keep his face from getting broken so that makes no sense to get fined.
 
haha kids have gotten into way worse fights than that at my school and only been suspended for like 2 days. what did the other kid get for starting it?
 
at my school we have a cop who is with the school. since the school is a public place, i got a fine for fighting in a public place. the rcmp cop gave me a municipal ticket which he shouldnt have given me since by law gives those out.
 
I remember in 8th grade my friend got sucker punched in the back of the head, fell into a corner (like the convex type. pointed all out n such) and his eyebrow split open. He said he got up and beat the other kid up, but I doubt it. haha. So he had to go to the hospital to get stitched up, and nobody got suspended.
