THE HOBBIT

biggest movie ever made. this movie will end life as we know it. the mayans were off. december 12th, 2012 (movie release), december 22nd 2012 (mayans predicted)

Far over the misty mountains cold

To dungeons deep and caverns old

The pines were roaring on the height,

The winds were moaning in the night,

The fire was red, it flaming spread;

The trees like torches blazed with light.

The bells were ringing in the dale

And men looked up with faces pale;

The dragon's ire more fierce than fire

Laid low their towers and houses frail.

Goddammit I'm a nerd

I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR GAHHHHHH.

Clearing my calender for that week, midnight screening. Will probably invest in a replica of Sting and get some cool hobbit garb.

The best series of books ever made into a movie ever.

why the fuck is all this nerd shit taking over the world. shits all fairies and wizards and star wars and skyrim..

Because the real world sucks. Slaying balrogs, orcs and shit would be some much cooler than going to work or school everyday.

I finished reading the whole hobbit book when I was 7 years old. I'm such a LOTR nerd. (even tho technically its not LOTR ) still, best series ever, and books were tonnes better than the movie, anyone own the games? i do :D

Recently I named my left ski Glandring The Foe-Hammer, and my right ski Orcist The Goblin cleaver. I reread the series once a year and have done so since like the 6th grade :) My friends and I are going to dress up for this one....

Haters gonna hate

Ha I wonder if they've even started editing the movie, weren't they just shooting it this summer? a trailer a year before a movie is ridiculous to me haha

all shot on red epics though, looks pretty good!

^Though it is a classic it won't be as good as the new movie. Sorry, Peter Jackson kills it with LOTR's shit. I'm so fucking excited!!!!!

Man just hearing Concerning Hobbits at the beginning brought tears to my eyes.. this is going to be so ridiculously epic/awesome/perfect. I am def not looking forward to the end of the movie when you realize orks and magicians don't exist..

worst feeling ever. My friends and I watched the trilogy the other week and then it ended and I was all "what now?"
