The heist of the century. A man stole my grandmas pond.

1. Call DNR

2. Wait for neighbor to get raped.

Seriously, the DNR does NOT take things like that lightly. Private property or not, you don't mess with a pond.

Exactly. I'd love to see a court force him to rebuild the pond. And also impose the condition that he has to use traditional methods, i.e. like a beaver. So he has to remove tons of dirt and concrete with his teeth

Well it seems like your only reasonable option now is to kill his family, burn his house, and leave him alive to suffer. Might need to get a few permits first.

Great Grandmother's cottage in Ishkibibble was originally a squatter's cabin. She's never paid for anything, pretty sure she steals electricity too. That's how things go in the Bay though.

You don't know everything about the situation but this pond was wetlands and he did all this shit without a permit. Some person from the army core of engineers or something talked to my grandma the other day and said the dude is most definitely fucked because he built a road through wetlands.

My mom went down and took a bunch of pictures and this guy seriously bulldozed some beaver lodges and a beaver dam.

Its a land bridge the guy made with a tractor he rented, not a legit bridge and he moved all the dirt across a probably 5 foot deep pond. The pond is a beaver made natural pond that has been there for as long as anyone can remember and he just fucked up some wetlands.

Put some freshwater crocodile babies in his side of the pond. He will get eaten, and then you can take his house(after you fix the whole dangerous crocodile problem).

usually, what you do, is get out the plans for the house and land and figure out who owns it, and then take the matters to the city or court or whatever. i love when people fight about how much feet of their land is theirs and where the fence goes rightfully. haha

"You can't own the water, that's God's water!"

^^ ahaha Super Troopers. But all joking aside, he actually could get in trouble only if she owned the whiole pond because then she owns the pond & he had no right to put the bridge or pipe there which led to the draining. but the water draining wouldn't be the main dispute because neither of them own the water in the pond.

Correction, he would still get in trouble for enviromental reasons etc.. but he would only get in trouble for the property aspect of it is she owned the whole pond.

Call Greenpeace... they'll come blow his house up for bulldozing beaver dams.. then they'll blame it on Corporate America, fuckin hippies.
