Yeah, I have the book right next to me, it's where he poured a lot of his energy that was missing from previous years' articles and it fucking shows. Best Introduction I've ever read.

I guess the fact that the OP posted this as if he had found it just NOW for all of us to enjoy...although Maddox has been around over 10 years for our enjoynment.
