Just write down what you think was the greatest thing for the sport of skiing has been. (i.e. Winter X-Games slopestyle 2002, or Pep's segment in 1242.)

 
Last year Spring day at Marquette, week day=no line, killer park, good people to ski with beautiful weather new tricks fun sesh. The greatest day in skiing is when you have the most fun.

candides cork 810 tail to disaster was pretty monumental, but id sayt he biggest thing for the sport recently was candide and CR in the 2003 superpipe at X. or, theres always when the 1080 was made publicly available, the start of line (to show that an independent ski company could compete with the big guys), Sarah Burke and kristi jump starting the female freeskiing world, theres so many moments worth remebering. oh yeah, how bout pollard (pretty much a park rat) gettin some 150 mm wide skis and doin things in the BC no one had ever thought possible.

In "Snowdrifters" when Andrew Shepard does a 3 mute over a table before Julien, Johnny or The New Canadian Air Force. At least, that is how I remember it.

At Whitewater 2 years ago where we got like 100 cm's overnight and then the day was really sunny and the snow was sparkling and wow...such an epic day, it's days like those that you remember for the rest of your life.

Oh. Another good one, was where a Swede, who's name I foget at the moment, but I believe he was in the Free Radicals movies, went and did a big striaght air off that QP in Risgransen. It was on the cover of Powder many years ago. It was the same day that snowboarder Ingemar backmann set a record that stood for about 5 yrs and he was on the cover of, literally, every magazine. It just showed that skiing still had a bit of life in it.
