The Freeskiing Hall Of Fame.

Same as any other sport, if freeskiing had an HOF, which retired pros would make it in today, which still active skiers would be locks to get in when they retired, and which young guns do you see as future candidates? Who is/was borderline?

There are some pretty obvious ones, but get creative. Don't be bitches, but take it super serious.

Lyman Currier for his score of 4.20 in the Olympics.

But on a serious note, David Wise. He's got mad style in the pipe.

First ones that come to mind are Candide Thovex, Jon Olsson, Tanner Hall, Tom Wallisch, Henrik Harlaut, Sarah Burke. I probably missed lots though.

leave bobby brown off that list

The first 4 in without a doubt would be the original new canadian airforce:

Mike Douglas

Vincent Dorion

J.P. Auclair

J.F. Cusson

(Shane Szocks as well)

You know...since they started the whole thing.

I'd put Bobby in the list because him and sammy were the first to drop triples in their segments few years back.

I'd put in a word for Vinni Gagnier as a future HOF. I think a lot of the tricks he's bringing to the table, jumps in particular, will really change up the game for years to come.

Literally the first post that makes any sense, I like how 90% of the names thrown out there are people that are still out there crushing it. Besides these four only people like McConkey, Burke, and Plake(still crushing, but obviously way way past his prime). I mean you don't see active NFL/NBA/any sport that has a HOF putting active athletes in it, but yeah I'd also throw Jonny Moseley on that list which I'm sure is going to shoot me into the -K.

Op said what current pros would be future hall of famers

Gotta give Andy Parry a bunch of credit here along with most of the early TC crew. He probably invented more new rail tricks than anybody else at that time. Brought a slew of wizard tricks into skiing that changed many skiers' approach to rails.

Delorme and Brogan

Adam delorme is the human equivalent of butter, kinda like one of those snake thingys that look like condoms with water and shit inside that fly out of your hand if you squeeze them. Yeah he is one of those.....

Bishop if you're reading this can we actually put together a newschooler hall of fame? Won't be anything massive, just a prestigious award that is only given out to a few skiers each year. I reckon that would be sick and the community votes every year on who should be inducted into the hall of fame.

I think that a hall of fame member should be some one who has devoted a large portion of their life for the better sport not just someone who wins all the comps.

I'd put SPT and Jason Levinthal for their contribution to both the advancement in the twin tip and freestyle ski but also building the most insane courses even though SPT isn't a person I still think they deserve recognition for revolutionising park buidling.

Like it or not we've all got Jonny Mo to thank.

like it or not? Anyone who's opposed to this should quit skiing forever. Jonny Mo is the man.

Also, I'd just like to point out that there were about 4 troll posts before mine so I was just continuing the direction that this thread was going and apparently my post wasn't bad enough to get deleted like the other horrible ones. Just putting that out there.

Really mods? You hijack my own thread and delete the poll? Well i guess i did also say to delete all trolls, so thank you for obeying commands well.
