Or other stuff! Doesn't have to just be ski stuff.

Maximumsushi was talking to me earlier and said he was going to give some of his old outerwear away to stoke some kids up. Who doesn't like free stuff, especially when you're hurting for it? We've all been there, "I need new pants but I can't afford it right now". So the idea emerged, post a thread where members pm their shipping info to you and paypal you the shipping cost (or beer), and hook up one of them at random with free gear!

Rules in this thread (mostly based on karma... don't be a dick)

1. No dibs! Who gets the stuff is selected at random or at the owner's discretion. After all it is their free stuff to give away.

2. If you're giving something away, say where you're from area-wise so people can ballpark the shipping.

3. No one probably wants your 6 year old kombi gloves with the hole in them. Not that we don't appreciate the gesture.

4. Most importantly of all, don't lay claim to something you really don't need! If someone's giving away some Siver pants and you have 2 suits of outerwear already, leave it for the kid who's using beat up leaky pants from 3 seasons ago.

So... Post things you don't need anymore that other people might want!
 
Okay, I don't really have pictures of these yet, but we'll work on that. Just to get the thread started. I live in Vancouver.

181 Head Mad Trix, 2003 Mounted twice, with a few topsheet cracks and one repaired core shot, but the edges are totally intact... so if you're seeking some urban sticks to spraypaint up, let me know. They're the white and grey ones, look like this except these are the mogul ones.

Spy Soldier M.F.M. in White Used last season, they're actually my only goggles right now because I lost my new ones but I'm planning on getting another pair so I can stand to lose these. I don't notice any visibility problems wearing them. Look like this, except with bronze silver mirror lens and different strap.

Lange Sft Plus soft boot, size 29.5. Used 2 seasons. Super light boot for messing around in. It's got the fabric tightening system on it. One of the straps looked like it might be weakening so I reinforced it with the handyman's secret weapon: duct tape. They're still in perfectly good shape though, and would easily last a season. Look like this:

Oh right I forgot!

Burton Ronin 2l Cargo size XL, from a couple seasons back, in black. Used. They have a couple of cuts around the cuffs but nothing more than an inch or so, standard stuff. The waterproofing isn't what it was when I bought them, some nikwax might be in order. Look something like this.

Yeah those aren't them they just look like those pretty much. I mean it's a black XL snowboarding cargo pant. You can pretty much guess what they look like.
 
yes those spys would be nice but i do have aome anons wich have a large scrach on the lens and i gave away my phenoms
 
Lots of people want the goggles apparently. I might have to draw a name out of a hat or something.

Other people! Look in your closet and see if you have something to post. A piece of outerwear you won't be using this year, or some goggs you don't need, or something! I know half of the kids on here get new gear every fall, so come on, give away some of your old stuff to someone in need!
 
I am going to start my first year or skiing this year...so I dont have a whole lot to offer....but I picked up a pair of 27.5 Nordica boots (last years models) from 13stripes and then I changed my mind to get a different boot....soo anyways I'll throw these up on here. I live in Shelby, OH 44875. I dont have pics, but I will take some when I get back from lifting
 
i am desperate for some new skis, just ripped even more of what little edge i have left out last night (it was so worth it for snow tho) i got some a frames with persimmon lense they are the carbon fiber ones and are like new no scratches really
 
Someone should snag those skis, and if not, I'll take them and mount them on my wall. Fucking gorgeous skis.
 
Haha maybe if they weren't used they'd be gorgeous, but they are, and they're not exactly mint.
 
ok so i have a pair of large acid green burton pants that definitly have some wear and color fading at the bottom and a red stain on the ass from a rail, overall pretty good condish but i dont think id bother selling em, dope pants ill get pics up if anyone is intersted.

Also, i have more than 30 random croceted/winter hats  lying around from earflap to pom-pom, ill get pics up of those soon

ill post some more stuff when i look around but if i split the shipping cost or you pay for shipping that would be great

 
i just checked the helmet again and i dont think its considerd matte black, its glossy on some parts with textured surface on others that make it not really shiny.
 
These can go to a needy skier, all the buyer has to do is paying shipping ($20 roughly).

J.D. I'm super interested in those Mad Trix's, I remember when I was first looking at twins back in the day I was gonna get a pair of these, hah. The search function isn't working for me, but I spray painted a pair of skis this summer (can't find the thread with pics) but I'd be happy to work up a nice little design for those skis and post the pics when I'm done. They will be mounted and skied though, no wall artwork yet....
 
well i got some stuff i could find to give away, not ski related but w/e. i'm interested in the random hats the one guy was gonna post some pics of, and i could really use a pair of pants even if they're beater. i have some medium sessions right now that barely cover the top buckle on my boot.

for now lemme throw out the offer of 3 schick quattro razors (assorted kinds)

i think you are missing the point of this thread. 

in your past threads, you have a "WTB Xbox 360"

this is for people who are less fortunate or in a tough situation man, not some greedy fuck that wants a pair of free goggles because he just dropped $400 on an xbox...
 
if theres anything in smaller sizes i got first dibs, shit for short people is hard to come by these days with everyone wantin xxxxxxl i need small or medium thank u very much

You have had those for years. It doesn't even make sense for someone to pay $5 for 3 razors though, thats more expensive than they are in stores.
 
i could definately use the goggles. i have some a frames that are 4 seasons old with a huge scratch on the lense

ok so basically like 5 people have pm'd me about hats and i think i might just wirte thier usernames down and draw out fo a hat, OR they cant post the pics of the pants they have and who ever has the worst pair ill just give it to them

again il get pics of hats and pants up today after school

oh i almost forgot i have a tan/gold size medium giro bad lieutenant id give to someone as long as they pay for shipping becuase its in great shape but i dont think people really wear bad lieutenatnts anymore
 
i have a xl dc jacket i could give to a needy broha... its perfectly fine, was just way too big for me, but i used it most of last season.... pm if u want pics
 
Still really interested!

I have a large Gap puffy jacket that I can throw up, it's not too long but it's really puffy and bulky and probably as gangster as Gap could ever possibly be. Probably not too waterproof, no hood, but I've worn the thing unzipped with just a t-shirt in 15 degrees F or below. It's damn warm, just too bulky for me (I'm scrawny) 
 
Ok, I know this is a ski website...but I have here a Thule snowboard carrier. I got it for Christmas two years ago, and I have never used it. I opened it to look at it, and since then it's been getting dusty in my attic. (And I live in NY)
