I have no fucking clue what to get.

I can get a good deal on both of them.

But I have 1 day to get them

Newschoolers I need you.

$310 for the foil

$320 for the spk

I rock my 2005/06 foil boots for the big mountain and some park, I have ridden 1080 boots since like 2001 and think they are the shit. The spk seems pretty sweet too, maybe a little more park engineered but I know solly pros who ride them all mountain. The foil will last and be good for everything.

unless you are going to be skiing 90% park dont get the SPK's the foils are nice and soft and good for everthing

I would get SPK's everyone I know that has them gets no shin bang from them.I think im going to get them next year.

And i ment to add that they both have different fits, they are about the same softness, but when i took my spks up yesterday, they didnt feel any softer than my 1080 boot from 3 years ago, and they skied fine.

the spk boots are not just a park boot I skied them in powder this morning and they were amazing. they aren't as soft as you would assume. I'd get the spk's I love mine

foils are better all mountain, and i actally like them better in par, cause the spks have very little forward lean, though they are cmfortable, though you should be able to get a better price on foils than that, look into last years.

dude shits played with boots. i have spk and i got just as much shin bang friday as i did last season from my old boots, a boot is a boot

My ankles are a little big.

I have a bone that sticks out about a quarter of an inch. in the inside of my ankle. Its wierd I know.

Also I have a wide foot because of the big ankles.

So the SPK would be good for this right?

Is the foil a tighter fit?

I have crappy Atomics that are a very big pain

My little toes nails ripped off last year because of that.

for people who say spks aren't good all mountain, it has the same salomon rated flex as the promodels I had last year which are an all mountain boot... i guess they have a more vertical stance which would be more park oriented, but still I am pumped to rock my spks for 50/50 riding.

i think you meant to say: "SPK is for park and Foil is for park."

your fingers must have accidentally hit some keys while you were typing and somehow all the accidental keystrokes spelled out "big mountain and." honest mistake.

yeah i like my spk's too im on the east coast so i dont ride to much deep powder....they are fine for riding down trails...if your a good skier it doesnt matter i dont notice much difference with the 2 strap spk besides it being damn light
