The fine arts of newschoolers

I am wondering if we have anyone else who practices in the mediums of the fine arts. Such as painting and drawing of all kinds, ceramic work and the like. Minus photography since their seems to be enough of photography threads.

What do you do? Do you do it part time for a hobby or full time? Aspirations and experiences? Influences? Post work and we can discuss, maybe even critique.

Anyways, I do art as one of my main subjects in High School and also as a hobby. Heres a project I'm doing, I'm basing it off of greek architecture:

Well i am an Oil painter in new hampshire. have been doing so for the last 3 years. finally feel as if i got my technique down. I dabble in a little bit of everything though. here are some pictures for you!

First off my dog job gives approval!

I love to work as big as possible, but slowly have been working smaller and smaller. Hope you like the work.

I just finished up school at a small liberal arts school where one teacher taught me how to paint. i plan on doing this for the rest of my life, hopefully painting more of the cityscapes and urban landscapes i see more down in Massachusetts where i am from. i could do that for the rest of my life. also i aspire to start a t shirt company which this site has probably heard about from me a couple times. I'm basically trying to get the ball rolling. i love ceramics, i love charcoal and skiing.

It's made out of foamboard, I'm also planning to make a glazed clay mountain for it to sit on.

I love the oil paintings, especially the second to last and last ones, thats a pretty awesome style. I've tried oil painting but really just couldn't work with it, maybe some day....

that's a great idea. is their any way I can get longer than average screens? more paintings to come. finished two this last week
