The fattest available ski that is still good for park

I'm thinking it probably maxes out at about 100mm under foot--I don't go to the park that often but when I do I want to be able to spin/throw them around.  An I also want to do that kinda stuff off piste as well.  Just tried 189 made'ns and i'm not that happy with them so far--they're just a very heavy ride.  I currently have ANTs, which I like almost everywhere but the park/moguls (I have no idea how to ride them there yet).  The ANT is pretty much 80-90% hard-charging ski, and 10-20% flippy spinny.  I'm looking for something about 50-50, if that makes any sense.  I'm open to lots of ideas, so fire away gents. 
 
The Rossi Brigade may be what you are looking for but I have never ridden them so I don't speak from experience. I have heard good things though.
 
thats kind of a dumb question, because obviously length also matters. lizzies are 110 underfoot but only 172 length so theyre good in the park. i ride seths in the park which i like. also, some people ride bents in the park so its really personal preference.
 
I'd truely say anthems, they can handle alot of different stuff. Their fat enough to take to powder, but also light and flexy enough to handle the park, especially if your wanting to start learning how to ski park. Cheap aswell!
 
Anthems are out--a bit too short at 171. I'm looking for something that is around 180+. Like the ARV suggestion, I was highly considering those. Another thing worth mentioning--I learned to do this on my old seths but find it doesn't work as well on the current AKs--I really like straightlining/gs turning moguls on crappy days (Hate zipperlining if I can help it). The softness of the 1st gen seth allowed me to do that particularly well. The ANTs will still do it, just not as well. They like to go through things, not over them. This would be a nice plus to anew set--I guess I'm looking to stay on the softer side.

I used to LOVE pocket rockets for park, but the durability factor/foam core construction sucks balls. They lost pop/responsiveness within a season, and the cap construction delammed them underfoot. I guess I'm looking for a more durable, slightly stiffer 1080 gun? Still open to more ideas though.
 
get some 179 bluehouse MR's... 93 underfoot.

also, head supermojo 105's or head mojo90's would be a good choice, i think they come in a 176 lenght
 
quick note--just looked into rossi brigades and they look like exactly what i'm looking for--anyone know of others I should look at?
 
well i'm riding lizzies all over the mountain until i get my park skis mounted up..i like them alot in the park.. super stable and buttery fun.. i skiied line anthems 2 days in a 171 and loved them so at least look at the 178 especially since they're like $200 less than the rossi's.. scratch brigades are also a really good ski (i'm assuming they are the same or similar to scratch bcs) not the most fun on rails or in pipe but good on the jumps.. maybe look at the mojo 90 or the line blend.. 90 waist isnt that fat.. the seth is good for park especially mounted forward.. lots of options for you there
 
I'm in the same position as you, and I'm thinking about getting some Salomon Gun's. Maybe an option? I've never tried them, but there's maybe someone here who has them or tried them?
 
i rock my centermounted 185 arvs in the park and i LOVE them, best setup ever for me. They can sill cruise and do everything i want too.
 
Prophet 130s. Seriously, they're pretty decent park skis. Surprisingly good in the pipe, too, although I'm not an authority on what makes a good pipe ski because I suck at it, so that is another's opinion. But you can take it to the bank, 130s are definitely park worthy sticks.
 
grr, this is where the motherships were perfect, 98 underfoot in 182s. try to find a pair, im serious, they would be perfect. or you could wait for them to be re released last year.
 
I hope everyone is kidding about the hellbents. sure, its cool. . . . but seriously. Why hasnt anyone suggested the MSPs??? get the MSPs!
 
I am curretly enjoing my ep pros in the park. I still need more time in the pipe with them though, very differnet than a traditional ski but still fun.

thanks for the replies, here's what i've discovered after trying a few things--95-100mm is the $$width for me underfoot, around 180-185 is a $$ length. I figured out that after 2 years of not skiing and just getting back into it, and after 15lbs of muscle atrophy in my legs, the ANTs are now riding ME. so I am opting for something way softer, but around the same footprint as my old sth pistols, which i loved for all kinds of fuck-aroundery. The answer to all my problems?? The ARVs--basically a slightly stiffer (old) pistol, give or take a mm of sidecut. I'm pulling the trigger on a set very soon and will be using them as a 1-ski quiver until my legs build up again--maybe then I can graduate to goats or the next level up in stiffness.
 
Look at chronic blends man, they a sick sick ski, lots of pop and very stable, but nowhere near as stiff as ANTs, and they have an all-mountain radius so they are good all over, and they pop like nobody's business.
 
seth's are really fun i have ridden my cousins in the park and love them. probably lizzie's as well, but no personal experience.
 
exactly what i was thinking, there 100 underfoot, im considering a pair for park too...they're a raelly sick ski, and next years graphics look amazing
 
the lizzies are amazing. really nice flex super sick ski. great for park and can take em out into the backcountry if need be.
