OK i might be a retard but why the fuck does it say icon is to big after i have it make me a icon, o nthe website save it then try to load it on to here, ive tried 4 fucking times and im starting to get mad bc everyone else understands

iwas making an icon like a moving one (in motion)

using adobe premiere but the size is too big

how do i make it smaller

Be sure you meet the requirements: Original image must be under 300k, etc.
