because this years election is so close and very important, i want to know other NSers thoughts.

i personally, am supporting obama. I believe he not only has good ideas, but will be a good leader.

ahahahahahaha there really cant be another one of these. i believe that we all have shared our thoughts before. SEARCHBAR!!!!!

I liked Ron Paul the best. He is more of a paleocon or a libertarian compared to the other repubs which I like. I looked at the dems but didn't like any. Dennis Kucinich was my favorite dem though because he reminds me of the seven dwarfs.

I would say that this is at least the 75th thread on the election since the start of march.

If obama was more conservative i might actually consider voting for him. Its obvious i dont agree with the policy of the left but Obama is one of the most articulate, honest, upfront, and confident candidates i have ever seen. He is steadfast in policy, willing to interview with fox news, has great conduct, and is a brilliant orator. Too bad he believes in greatly hiking up taxes which is not what the country nor the economy needs.

If mccain was more conservative id be happier with my vote. Im not overly pro war but i agree with his current stance on what we should do about iraq. I like he is from the republican party and doesnt like taxes. I dislike the fact that he does like taxes. That sounds contradictory but i dont feel like explaining it in detail right now.

Hilary clinton is a cunt. She is power hungry, loves taxes, is a woman, is anti-chinese, and is downright retarded.

i dont like that we only have choices that are just a little different, we have a soft moderate, and two borderline socialists...... my guy rommny is out, so i will have to pick the next best thing, McCain.

the one thing i have not seen, (maybe i missed it?) is McCain's healthcare plan, if he is in favor, of a government plan, i might have to set out this election.

yea exactly, i definitely agree. Romney was my man too but stupid religious conservatives didn't like his morman faith. I can understand how his morman faith doesnt reflect the majority of the US, but i doubt the differences between mormanism and traditional christian sects can really have that much of an effect that would manifest itself in harmful ways.

If McCain passes a universal healthcare plan, im gonna pull a wesley snipes and never pay taxes again.

when i looked at this threads title for a sec i thought it said the erection. im sorry i have an immature perverted mind.

who remembers that guy who started the thread why do you like me? comrade_barack or something

yep, america voted with their bibles. i want someone to lead this country, not to give me a sermon. that is what i vote for.

I agree with you. I liked Romney but I did feel that him being morman was kinda a problem just because he had to satisy there needs at the same time. A president should have the country as the number one priority not their religious heads. And mormonism is still a pretty weird religion (no offense). And also the fact that he was like against porn, gay rights, abortion, stem cell research, etc. because of his religion sucks. Especially the porn part.

I can't put my trust in someone who is only a first term senator and wants to tax everyone in the middle class and up even more. I didn't think Hillary was a good Senator before. I like McCaine better because he doesn't plan on spending as much money as Obama and the fact that as little as he knows about the economy he still know better than Obama. I wish I could have seen Obama with more expirence maybe he would have developed better policies. But I couldn't stand to see universal healthcare in America it just wouldn't work it would be as bad as the DMV. So I'm going to pick the lesser of 3 evils McCaine
