i type this thread on the brink of a dark abyss.

for real though wisdom teeth fucking suck. all ive done for 2 days is sit in my house watching daytime tv. my eyes are forever burned with images of "HEAD ON APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE FOREHEAD" and the maury povich show along with reruns of "Charm School."

god dddaaamn Boots was fine. shouldnt have kicked that bitch off. they lost a viewer in me.

so anyway..im rambling because i just took another vicaden and it hasnt kicked in yet. ill be asleep in prolly 7-14 minutes from a combo of pain and too many strawberry milkshakes...so until then..entertaineth me?

dude...its rough. when i woke up from the operation my chin and bottom lip was numb so i was trying to feed myself milkshake but i couldnt feel anything so i was pushing milkshake onto my chin.
 
oh shit, i really hope that i dont have to get my wisdom teeth pulled ever, that would suck from all the stories that i've heard
 
even though my surgery to get mine out was a bloody mess, i recovered really well. except for a little swelling and randomly bleeding from the cuts, i didn't have to stay in bed at all afterwards. guess i just got lucky. i feel your pain.
 
dude its not a big deal at all, i got laughing gas and that shit is amazing, it was like being high but better. and yea u cant really open ur mouth for like a week afterward but its really not bad at all
 
i just watched tv for a day. the next day i slept late and then went out the next night. i only had to take like 3 vicatin the entire time. oh well.
 
no laughing gas, I even asked, but you get prescribed for way more vicodin than you really need if you get the refill, and thats nice
 
They kept me awake for mine and I was all freaked out so I took 2 vicodin before I went and on the way I felt like they wernt working so I took 2 more. Then when I got there they laugh gassed me up.

I was on another planet the whole time. Afterwards sucked but I was eating sold food the next day and didn't even notice 2 days later. Except the holes. Bread is hard to get out of the fucking holes.
 
when i got mine out it was the first time i got the sleepy gas and i freaked out when i woke up in a different room with IV's and stuff in me.
 
i got mine pulled out mid may. didn't hurt at all and all i got was novacane. though my teeth were all ready out it still wasn't a bad expirence. didn't get any vicoden though. dammit.
 
i got mine out back in april. mine were all impacted so it sucked wicked bad. the first day was bad then the second day i edited while i was on vicadin and that was an experience and the day after that my friends went skiing so i jsut went up and watched them and filmed. i was so out of it and over tired too because i couldnt sleep that well, i got footage of the most random stuff
 
i really hope that i dont have to get mine pulled. cause so far my teeth are perfectly straight and no issues with them either
 
it really wasn't that bad, i got put to sleep, and i woke up at my house buzzed as hell and very confused... i didn't feel any pain at all, and i had all 4 pulled, and they cut into my jaw bone for the bottom two since they were growing in at odd angles. guess each persons experience is their own
 
dont let food get in the holes, you cant get it out with anything. i had stuff back there for almost a month it was so gross and hurt like hell. When they rinsed it out it tasted soooo bad, roten food is always great
 
i can relate. i had an entire week of hell in 8th grade. had all four taken out and it was the worst experience of my life. the first two days after the surgery were the worst. my mouth was swollen for two weeks. i really hate the people who are fine the day after they get theirs out
 
just crush ur vikes and snort them... thats fun! then u can go out and play cuz ull forget about ur pain. but seriously they shouldenthurt that bad, i had all my wizdomteeth pulled and they were all impacted and then i went skiing the next day cuz the doctor told me i was alowed to stay home form school.
 
Been there, done that. I made a couple threads a while ago, try Mouthwash. I used Listerine every minute for 2 days and on the 3rd day the right side of my tongue was covered in sores it was disgusting and hurt like hell too
 
i got mine pulled on tuesday and its still hard to eat..i cant open my mouth...it sucks

and the doc used only local anesthesia
 
ya! that stuff is great. I felt like I was sinking into the chair, I will have surgery again in some time.. I hope they use it again!
 
i had mine done two years ago i beleive, suck it up it wasnt that bad.
