By the way, if you don`t know who daniel johnston is, he is an indie-folk musician from Dallas, Texas, and in my opinion , is really good.
 
i've seen it its really an interesting film. Daniel Johnston really is crazy too, some wild shit is explained in it. You should definitely watch it
 
maybe not selfish, but he won't really let anyone touch his music, if you know what i mean. like he started to record a legitimate album, in a legitimate studio, but because of his craziness, it all fell through and he kinda fell off of the radar.
 
right, but I think that if he liscensed his music out for money and what not, it would actually be more selfish than what he did. But that`s just my opinion.
 
yeah thats actually a pretty good way to look at it. when it comes down to it though i enjoy his music, even though most people hear it and go "what the fuck is this shit?" it grows on you na mean?
 
it really does anger me that rebecca black can get 25 million views on her shitty song, but some one like daniel johnston only has thousands
