The DEEP web.

Love this thread, been telling people about the deep web for a while now. My teacher was one of the people who helped me explore and learn what it's all about. There is some messed up stuff but it can also be used for valid information you can;t attain anywhere else
 
Its actually very simple to get on. Using computers and learning your way around is just like learning a language, obviously it takes some time, but once you become proficient at it, there can be benefits. I've explored the deep web numerous times, been attacked a few times as well, but it is scary once you realize how powerful a few letters and numbers can be.
 
Yes, you just need to know where you are going before you click a link. The really fucked up stuff is mostly at the very surface of the deep web to scare people and the deepest parts for people that want to see that. There is such an incredible amount of information.

Those all sound like things the regular internet has though, except if by a wealth of videos you mean child porn and snuff films?
 
its not even a big deal. i spent a ton of time obsessing and researching and freaking myself out, and then it was just kinda dumb. the 'coolest' thing ive found so far are the silk road forums. went on a serious hour+ reading binge with that. crazy info.
 
Forums associated with the site. Tons of drug info, from peoples ridiculous rants about some particular drug, to how to make things, to an ask a doctor anything thread with some pretty heavy questions. It's creepy and intriguing.
 
As long as you are using TOR you should be fine. With that said don't download any plugins when you use it (flash) and you shouldn't compromise your anominity(sp?)
 
Just browsing around on TOR is really easy. I used several different directories (hidden wiki, etc) and read descriptions of things before i went there. worked out well.
 
I got Tor and did the Tor check and it says it's working, but no .onions are working for me. How do I find .onions?

Not a pedophile. Just curious as fuck.
 
That's taken down. After a long while I got it tho. Some fucked up shit on here. But that's what I was looking for I guess. Curiosity killed the cat...
 
Side note, has anyone on here ever got drugs from the deep web (Silk Road)? Seems sketcha as hell, but man there are a lot of sellers and buyers.
 
yeah I got on it. A few other sites too. If you had the balls to buy off SilkRoad and flip it in your area, you could make some good cash.
 
the websites that are commonly visited on the deep web is fucked in itself...but imagine what else there is only accessible by a few people
 
man this shit is fucked. but at the same time there's so much that i want to learn about this. like the lower levels, not interested in the gore and cp but about the deep science and aliens and shit
 
Fuck the Silk Road, use the deep web to claim your goddamn human rights to privacy. Tor is pretty seedy, so I'd highly recommend I2P network.
 
1) The US spends 50 billion dollars annually in an attempt to keep drugs out of the country. This results in the organization of cartels in central and South America. Territory wars are waged which ultimately leads to death.

2)The US navy then excogitates TOR.

3)Drugs are ordered and transported into the country via postal services with complete anonymity.

4)The US loses the war on drugs. The US promotes violence in Central America.
