After reading this thread last night I went into a serious deepweb black hole. Not going ON there, for that I think I'd need another computer without any personal information on it, and a whole lot more skills/information, but holy shit this is interesting. I doubt it's very easy to access though, in truth. People like me are not supposed to be poking our heads into that shit, just to look around.. and I'm pretty sure it's built to prevent people like me from getting in there.
I could also see this as the one way that international governments will get their asses in gear for some sort of meaningful cooperation. Economics and international law are still based on fixed borders that the deep web doesn't require or abide by; if governments truly want to stop things like human/child trafficking, terrorism, the international drug trade, insider trading, price fixing, etc.. they're going to have to figure out a way to work together within this new, borderless, unmoderated society. Or you know, it's impossible and these things will continue in perpetuity. Fucked up.
