Lol at you giving the individuals managing these "deep web" sites some form of legitimacy. By no means am i trying to come in here and claim that everything on the "deep" or "dark" web is fake, however, the majority of the materiel you are referring to is. Back when i was in high school my father was one of the head directors of IT for Morgan Stanley. Every now and then his work acquaintances would come by sometimes bringing their families with them. Some of their children were the quintessential representation of a computer "geek." Spending every hour blankly staring at their monitors, never seeing the light of day, so on and so forth. I vividly remember one instance at the home of one of my fathers co-workers. Me and a few others were playing video games in the basement, I was getting up to take a piss when i spotted Luke (who's house we were in) looking at some disturbing pictures on his computer. I went over and asked him what he was doing. He responded "I am doctoring some pictures for a forum. Mind you he was messing around with a naked woman who had been disemboweled, with both of her eyes removed. What the hell kind of forums do you look at, I said back. This is when he proceeded to show me the "dark web." Around a half n hour later I had a basic education about the deep web and how to access it. The forum that he was creating the photo and backstory for (which was equally fucked up) was managed by him and some of his friends he meet online. He proceeded to show me the stories and pictures that filled this site, and yes they were horrific. I asked him if any of this was real. He replied "no." Here is what you have to understand about people like Luke, they fantasize about being Leather Face, they find some sort of pleasure in the idea of rape, murder, and torture. These sites are ways for them to vicariously live out their fantasies. A creative outlet for them to express their ideas, stories, pictures, and in some cases on other sites, videos. Also, keep in mind with the videos you are seeing, there is a massive rape fetish community. I have talk to more than one couple who film their significant other "raping" them. Some take it even farther by beating their partner, and yes some compete with others in videos posted on the "deep web." In regards to the human experiments, come on man, pictures can easily be doctored. Also, funding for projects like that would most likely come from two places, 1. the government. 2. private funder (most likely corporate). I would bet my left nut that they would not want any of the information they payed to be collected in anyone else's hands. To everyone else go in and have fun, there is all kinds of crazy stuff to be found down there, but take it for what it is and be smart about it.
