we have incisives and canines that are great for tearing meat off bones (had a chicken wing?) along with molars for crushing and chewing our food, which is TYPICAL of omnivores.
we also, somehow, have the capability to process meats via certain very specialized enzymes in our stomach and intestinal juices for digesting and using the proteins found in meat.
eating a balanced meal including meat is about as healthy as you can get, because you find yourself lacking in protein and amino acids on a vegetarian only diet.
we ARE meant to eat meat, just as much as vegetables. a balance of both is the healthiest thing out there in terms of getting everything you need.
