The craziest deals I've seen have been via the 5 finger discount. I knew this guy who was just fucking nuts. He walked into a sports authority type store, grabbed a pair of park skis and walked out. No fucks given.

Stealing is garbadge crime and if anyone steals from a person or legit shop they should be stoned . But stealing from A corprate store like sports authority is actually pretty funny.

on new skis that were originally like 250-300 range peak season? sure, if that's your definition of getting ripped off.

You definitely did get ripped off, do you even know how shitty of a ski masterminds are? It's what dumb 12 years olds who don't know shit about what makes a good ski buy. They just figure that because it's the lightest and flexiest, it's the best. You won't progress if you ride masterminds, you can get 4s out of a rail that's an inch off the ground but that's it.

Managed to get liberty morphics for 400 two years ago off the Aussie importer. Pair of Oakley canopy for 60 off a mate brand new and electric EG 2 for 50 off one of my teachers who owns a ski rental shop.

You still got ripped off for those liberty's I got a set of the importer here for a touch less and after riding them I felt violated. Worst skis I have ever owned.

On a side note I got £3k worth of slightly Fischer race stock for free as it was about to be thrown out.

At school in Halifax, I found a pair of 2013 K2 kung fujas for 150$ brand new. They were in size 189, and i'm assuming that their length and the conditions on the east coast kept them from being sold. I'm 6'4" so pretty much a gift to me aha
