The contest half of NS has been waiting for...

This is super sick.

But i still think contests should push skiing/snowboarding.

Like fuck x-games.

But i mean, if someone throws a right side cork 9 safety and stomps the shit out of it, they should be awarded, or a double 10 shift blunt.

I mean this is sick, but it'd be cooler if it was, style+ ability. Style is not greater than ability, and ability is not greater than style to the judging panel. smooth cork 7 with safety grab= jenky double 14 with mute grab.

Get what i'm saying?
 
Don't know where to initiate this but someone should make a video contest on NS for this. I feel like it has been done before but an official contest would be cool.
 
When I used to work at Blue Mountain in Ontario, we used to have the triple challenge big air every year.

Rules were:

-1 hour jam format

-Judged on variety of tricks

It was totally awesome... tonnes of style.

I always wanted to add the 'rotations capped at 7' rule to it.

This is wicked, stoked someone is doing it.

 
tweaked safety are 10x harder to do than normal safety. It's much harder to keep your axis while tweaking a safety.
 
honestly that was fucking retarded. no spins over 7 but make a jump thats too small to even get really nice 7s on.

Dude, the Tripple Challenge was not just a comp...it was huge event!I never had the chance to ride in it, but just watching it gave me the shakes!

What ever happened to it? I heard of this Canadian Shield thing...
 
I just figured out what I would do in this contest. Strip naked, straightline in, scream "FOR THE IRONY" and then try to pencil spin as hard as I could.
