Kinda like losing in the last 30 seconds of the superbowl when on 3rd and long you had the quarterback sacked, but impossibly he emerges, throws 20 yards downfield to pick up an improbable first down all of which led to a touchdown and ruined the the perfect season that was supposed to make the pats superbowl champs and the best team in history? i mean, we all knew it wasnt good going to game 7 having lost three in a row, i can deal with that, I'm over 2004. A better analgy would have been if the yankees had lost 4 in a row in the WORLD SERIES in 98 when they had the best team in the history of baseball, but that didnt happen. we fucking swept.
