The Canyons!

I think i spied myself in the video :D. haha. the landings on the top jumps are for sure, they are fixing them they said. and making the drop in higher up. its soooo much fun right now though.
 
what's really crazy is the amount of additional fun you can have at the canyons with just some avalanche knowledge and equipment...
 
for sure man, the bc is SO accessible..it's also crazy how many people hike into the bc w/out beacons. I love standing at the gate at 9990 w/my beacon on search w/20 people standing next to me and it's not finding one transmitting beacon.
 
I 'll be out there - tomorrow they have a comp on painted horse. So I'll be over on respect around 9:30. Current conditions - rain/hail in PC
 
ill be up tomorrow and saturday!
today was pretty sweet, showed up just as that comp in the progressive park was ending so it was open. SCORE =D
 
does anybody have the email address of the park manager or know him or anything? if you do send me a pm with some info?
 
The park managers name is steve duke, he is on the hill just about everyday and definitely listens to what people riding have to say, it seems like he has tweaked setups just after what i have said before. I dunno how to get a hold of him other than just riding up and talking to him, but i know he is a owner of kab rails as well if that would make it any easier to find him
