The Canyons: 40 new rails

Thats right, The Canyons bought 40 new rails this year alone, plus they already had like 15, so that means 55 rails at the canyons this year, oh yeah, They are having 4 parks, and 3 pipes, a superpipe a regular pipe and a mini pipe, If you have ever been there you know that their parks are at the bottom, I heard that only 1 or 2 of them will be down their this year, and all the pipes will be down there so the parks can be spread over the mountain, that way you dont have to go far from 9990 to go to the park. I also heard that that whole area where the parks are at the bottom, they have taken the trees out, and made it all one big level slope for good park runs.

That's incredible. That's 55 more rails, 3 more pipes, and 3 more parks than where I ski!

Well, that was last year, I hope this year will be better since I practically gave them every idea they need.

Last year:

- 3 tables (one medium, one large, one small)

- 1 spine (sweeeet)

- 1 funbox (small but fun)

- 2 temporary rails (was never there to try)

- Big set of Rollers (great fun)

- Powder way the hell over my head, my friend dropped a cliff on his feet at the base where there isn't much snow and it was up to his neck. His shoes got buried, he got them later but they were stretched from the amount of snow jammed into them.

yeah well my park has a rainbow rail, and a flat rail, and another flat rain, and uhhh... uhhh.. snow, sometimes, and um a chairlift, and poser 7 year old fat snowboarder kids, and a no jumps policy, so whos is better now huh?

it's nice to see big resorts like canyons supporting freeride. Although this little thing called snowboarding might have something to do with all those rails/parks/pipes. Ah who gives a shit, I've never seen a snowboard grab 1/10th as stylie as a tweaked out tail.

well if the canyons say they have 55 rails then they will only put up about 25. Last year they said they had 15, I only remember about 6 or 7. I could be wrong, I usually am.

hey, thats a hell of a lot of rails for one mountain, the most ive seen at one east coast resort was like 5

well creek had like 7-10 set up

and how long is the drive from NYC to utah anyways, does sound like a good road trip for when i come home christmas break
