The Camp

Ok, everything for this camp is coming into place. I'm still working out details. I've been looking at prices for all the other camps, and ours will definetly be cheaper. If you're interested in going, put your email here, and I'll send out an email to everyone once I have the information.

We will have all of next years Line skis available for demo there as well. Maybe other brands too. Would you prefer to stay for a week session with lodging everynight? Or would you rather commute everyday? I would like to hear any suggestions anyone may have.

Thanks,

Josh

i would prefer sleeping in my car or pitching a tent rather than driving up to a basin an hour every day, too much gas money

Ok, so A-basin is concerned that they may not have enough snow to do a camp in june. Would anyone want to do it in may? Or a camp every weekend in may?

During May would be alright, the only problem is that kids like me have school and shit during the weekdays. and then if you just did it only on the weekends, you might not be able to get as many people to commit to being there every weekend, instead of having a solid week long or however long camp session

If we do a weekend camp, and we provide coaching, lunch, and free demos of next years skis, how much would people be willing to pay? How much would you pay to include tickets?

im down for watever just as long as there is a good jump and fun rails. if its towards the end of may that would be kinda tough for me b/c of graduation and all that kind of stuff thats going on.

st. marys glacier is so crappy. its not even a glacier anymore and its not big enough to do shit! i hiked up there this summer with all my ski gear and backpacking gear for camping, worst idea of my life. hiking with 70 pounds of shit is horrible. i will never ski that place again, its too bumpy you cant even do anything

i'm probly not in if its weekends in may, i have track on weekends. but send me the stuff any way, in case. you should try to work june out, they should have enough snow.

dirty, crappy corn snow. not much fun. and this is after a 20 minute hike with all your gear up a rocky ass trail because they don't want any kind of motorized vehicle going up there.

Saint Mary's Glacier is not that bad, it was never a real glacier though, its a "permanent snowfeild" which means it does not move.
