The 'Bush's park

i dont know what it is with sugarbush man

they always have these righteous looking rails at the base of the park, rusting and burying under snow, throughout the season, the rails usually suck, althought the jumps are decent. the pipe was only like 200 ft. (what happend to the 400ft one they had 2 yrs ago) and throught the year, they never switched around features....i thought they were trying to tget their park going....

however, they do have the dopest backcountry in all NE(maybe not Jay Peak)

Cliff notes: Sugarbush is offering a park pass for $20, it gets you a password to a spawn website that will allow you to contribute love and hate towards the park. Also, they are building more rails to "challenge the local pros." So more better rails....I guess. So hopefully it will be better.

Other resorts claim they support their parks – here at Sugarbush, we show it. If you are a park skier or rider at the ‘Bush, or support freestyle terrain, show it by upgrading your season pass with a $20 Park Pass upgrade. All Park Pass proceeds go to support terrain park equipment and features. Plus, your contribution gets you access to the staff that makes the magic happen. Through a special password protected Sugarbush Parks micro-site, you’ll be able to ask questions about the parks, chime in on new features, or suggest what you would like to see. Furthermore, throughout the season you’ll receive updates on events and get the inside scoop as we build and release new features.Last year Sugarbush built 30 new rails for the winter and this year we are building even more. Some features will challenge the local pros, and others will help the up and coming get started. Last year was just the start of Sugarbush Parks. This year we’re picking up the pace to bring you the best Sugarbush terrain parks ever.

And when next spring rolls around the freestyle lifestyle will just keep growing here at Sugarbush. This summer we introduced the new mountain bike park at Lincoln Peak. Going into its second year the bike park will only get bigger and better. So get hang time any season with Sugarbush Parks.

sugarbush threw it down last year spending the time and money to build thier new jibs, by hiring superpark a westcoast compnay. The big wall ride was epic and all rails were sick. They had the jibs on lock last year. I learn a lot of new tricks on those rails last year. I thought the jump is where they were lacking. The jump i felt had bitch lips, that had little or no lip to them. They weren't fun at all and you had to bomb it just to clear it. They just need to add some lip to them, so can some pop and boost. Then you will be able to throw the fun tricks. They need to realize thats the style westcoast jump offer. The had 2 jump line that had nice westcoast style flow to them, but they had the same kind of diffculty. One jump line should be beginner/beater line, that is easier/boring with smaller jumps that have no lips. Then the 2nd jump line should be harder for skiers or boarders who actually no how jump and pop off a lip and clear a table. It would be great to be able to boost up and clear and actually throw something fun with some hangtime like nice smooth cork 5. Instead of just shooting off the jump and throwing it as hard as you can. I think it is pretty weak that bolton valley (shiter mtn) has figure out how to make a decent jump with lips before the bush. I spent more park days at the bolton then the bush for this reason. There one big jump was better then all of the bushes jumps. It sucks that the bush has westcoast style rails but not westcoast style jumps. They denfinitely had enough snow to produce some good jump last season. There jump line was huge and like pretty sick from a distance until to were about to jump. They had the right idea with nice flow section of jumps, its the only thing that is lacking. I try to give suggestion to their park staff, about this problem and they assume since i ski, i suck and didn't care about what i had to say. These park ranger were the biggest tool snowboard railer, were so full of themselves. All they could do was 50-50 on a fucking wide box and set up the worthless bonk every other weekend. They didn't even know how to hit jump right. oh beside thier ballin' straight air to casing the table to me talking shit from the lift. I not just any fuck with bitch i know whats wrong and hope someone else agrees with me. I don't talk much on NS, but i felt have express my opinion on this matter. Well can't wait till snow starts falling or the pipe start blowing.

so that 20$ park pass thing is only ontop of your seasons pass? you cant just buy the 20 pass and thats all right?

i was never to stoked on the park. it was pretty fun, but not very well maintained. i feel like they own too many features for to small a space. and that pipe was absolutly worthless. either make a pipe or dont. but an effortless attempt that takes up space, so they can claim they have a pipe on their website is bullshit
