The blindness of park skiing

I can ski park.... but i like powder and trees too..

You can get more creative with jibs and jumps though, so they are both tight

I can ski some park, alot of times i just like to rip on groomers or ski trees or the steep stuff. I live in the east so we get like almost no powder. I like the park when its not to busy, other times there are people everywhere in the park and its just waiting forever to hit 1 jump.

thread starter: you are either trolling (trying to get responses anyway possible) or you are a dumb shit for not realizing how your thread is pointless and wrong

i prefer to find fun things around the moutain to do, like taps or good places to butter and stuff, rather than park. im sure most of the people on this site dont spend 100 percent of the time in the park but if that is all they have for terrain then we should be happy they still want to be a part of the sport.

well.. like trends go... as long as twall is skiing just park.. so will NS..

I wonder if wallisch can even ski a pow line? if he does.. NS will ski pow lines.

bullshit....i think the whole "calling out trends on newschoolers trend" is pretty lame..not everyone is a mindless copycat like you describe

troll = succesfull
I'd ski park when my friends want to or if there's nothing else to deo, besides regular groomers...
if i get a chance to go on slalom training or ski pow there's no question; i'll do those...

This is my theory too.

I've never understood the "convert the heathens" approach, because if people are happy in the park, that makes me happier in the BC and pow because there are less people using a limited resource.

Do I think that I'm having more fun? Sure. But that doesn't mean that I need to rub that in their faces. The shit-eating grin on my face that accompanies whatever discussions of pow skiing I've done is about as much convincing as people need, and occasionally they recognize that it might be worthwhile to tag along.
