Well, let's just stop and think about this for a second,

If you had really sick style, you would obviously have mad skills too.

And if you were super-dee-duper skilled at skiing, you would probably have style too.

The two go hand-in-hand, so this question is kinda dumb (no offence).

It is easy, if you have skill you can throw sick huge insanely difficult tricks, and easier tricks with huge style, with style you can do small tricks with huge style, but not to many extremely difficult tricks, therefor I would rather have skill.

If that's what you meant, you should've said so.....

Your question should've been more like this:

Would you rather have slow, smooth style, or be able to huck 10s, 12s, 14s, ect.

the style of Laurent favre, if I could have anyones. Or maybe DC's ... but its not hard to have Mik D's style kids, just wear the biggest clothes you can find and bamn you're Mik D. Guaranteed

is there a market for super styled out kids? like i guess nimbus is heading that way but i mean like even below 9s, like 7s being as big as they go

a movie of just crazy butters. slow spins, and rails with nothing more than a 2sev.

and i know you all are thinking idea and blah blah blah but im even thinking in a different direction than that.

well ill be the first to say that maybe...

skill=money?

so if you are saying being able to throw down a sickkkkk flat 5 or a hucked 1440 grabbed enough to win comps....id choose the skill. that is if i was pro.

this is not THE BIG QUESTION.. i think everyone on newschoolers would agree that they'd take style over spin to win, im sry but your thread is in fact retarded if your asking whether we would prefer this..

welcome to ns

i mean would you rather throw a 1080 that isn't that great or a sick 720...

and im not comparing throwing 1800s to 4bi9.

I would rather be able to have fun at any time, in any condition, and leave it at that. Skill and style only matter when you value about how others perceive your skiing, and while I certainly do want my skiing to speak for itself, I ski because I like to have fun, and everything else comes later.
