sorry, but that was one of the lamest celebrations i have ever seen.
not to brag, but this is what happened at penn state when osama was killed... not even a good reason to riot, just because this is what a real celebration looks like.

the crowd was that thick^ for nearly a mile at its biggest point.
 
yeah well i live on the outside of the city so thats all i filmed, much bigger ones downtown. Those were basically just other students at my college who are also taking summer classes.

i would agree, because im a huge boston fan, but no one follows MLL. sorry

I think Orange County, CA is the best place to be for professional sports. Easy access to Dodgers, Angels, Padres, for basketball there are the Lakers and Clippers, hockey has the Kings and Ducks, Football has the Chargers and finally for MLS there is the Galaxy and Chivas USA.

The fans are total fair weather but if all you're looking at is top-level professional teams to go watch live in a short driving distance away, the OC is the place to do it.
 
here's another vote for melbourne, australia. The amount of professional sport that takes place here is fucking ridiculous. The big AFL games you're looking at 80,000-90,000 people. Last years grand final they packed about 110,000 into the MCG. Here's a picture for reference:

HEY, whos football team is first in the cfl and has had to add extra seats to the game because we sell out every time and who is getting a bigger football stadium
 
Boston without a doubt. We are the only team this decade to have win championships in 4 major pro sport. And if you want college, Bu and Bc have combined for 4 ncaa hockey titles in the past decade. Bc also has had a steady basketball team and football team which have made more than 10 consecutive bowls, and the woman's soccer team is ranked number 1.
 
and what does that prove in this sort of argument?

The Braves also played in Boston...does that mean we can attribute any of their successes to Boston sports?

Though I can see where you're coming from with that argument. It's just not really where this thread ventures...
