not really a snack but yesterday i made a microwaved ruben and it was fantastic. toast some rye bread, then put pastrami, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese in the microwave for 45 sec. Put the two together and you have a hot sandwich and nice and crunchy bread. i hate soggy bread
