The best moments in ski movie history?

Help me out, please. And as the title says, not best segment but best scene or MOMENT.

Shoot!

PS. I'll drop two for inspiration:

- Shane McConkey – going off the Eiger in ”Yearbook” – a double front flip after dropping his poles and then you basically think "what the fööck?!? before realizing it's a ski-base jump.

- Candide Thovex – d-spin 720 over Chad's Gap in "Further" – no explanation necessary if you can only find your way to there from the bottom of Alta.

Cr trying to get the 3s down off cliffs again in seven sunny days, keeps crashing then finally stomps it... that got me so stoked on life.

1. Doug Coombs skiing down the frozen waterfall in Aspen Extreme2. Glen Plake sending a rocky double stager during his audition in Blizzard of Ahhhhs, clinching the spot for the Chamonix trip

3. Lane Myer beating Stalin down the K-12 with only one ski in Better Off Dead

Pep's 180 into pow in 1242, slow mo and the song hits a mellow section, and the bass kicks back in when he stomps it.

The ending credits of Pretty Good, with them yelling backflips!! as it played to I've got your number by passion pit.

Also the ending segment to come find us, where its the outro over beautiful Montana, part of me went to school where I do because of that movie, and when I walk to class I look up and see that big blue sky and those gorgeous mountains and it makes me happy inside. Hell that intro was amazing too which im going to post.

Pyramid Gap in one of the TGR movies around the time of Tangerine Dream with sage, pep, Chris Collins and a 12-14yr old Kye Petersen

Honestly?

Every switch pow landing in 1242.

For some reason, tanners laid out dub back in believe into the pow has stuck with me.

In McConkey when he goes down the mountain on water skis to knights of Cydonia. Gives me chills every time I watch it.

This so much.

So much goody ski porn in those slo-mo follow cam shots.

I believe it's Colby holding the 16 mm flying/skiing as TJs wingman.

Can a trailer count? The trailer for this was the single most hype-ing video for me. Nothing else made me want so ski as much as these 5 minutes

Well maybe if you actually read the forum you would realize that most of these posts have been about TGR movies anyway. If there was ever a best moment in ski movie history, Nobis would have to be considered.

Okay first off, it was a lincoln to backflip. Second, it wasn't in "Behind the Shot" it was in Mutiny. And third, of course it was huge, it was off of a fucking bridge.

Exactly.

Here's a Vimeo-link: Mike Wilson from "Mutiny".

It's a behind-the-scenes vid. Jump goes down at 2:47 if anyone's in a hurry.

PS. Miles Daisher, the guy at the end who's so totally stoked on Wilson's little stunt, has 3430 base jumps (nobody has more) and, trust me, he has seen it all when it comes to jumping off fixed objects.
