The best COURT experience of my life

So on memorial day I was at a party fucking wasted. On the way home my buddy and our friend(who is driving) get into it and my friend ended up getting kicked out of the car. So John the driver takes me home and I know that I have to go get my other friend cause it was raining and he was so far from home. So I go to get him and get pulled over. I have NO LICENSE, my plates are EXPIRED, Im wasted, I have bud in the car, NO proof of insurance. So the cop comes up and I flat out said.." Hey I gotta be honest I have no license and I know the plates are expired so you might as well just arrest me now. He ends up impounding my car and I have to walk.

Well I go to court the other day and the DA says that I am going to have to do 5 days in jail and pay $3000.........or go get my license which I am eligable to recieve show that to the courts and all the charges are dropped. How crazy is that. I could have gotten into so much trouble and now its gonna be like nothing happened.

FUCK YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Ummm, something does not sound right here. Were you tripping mad nuts when you went to the courthouse and talked to the DA? 'Cause I'm thinking that if you got pulled over while driving drunk, without a license, and without proof of insurance, they're not just going to let your ass go if you go get your driver's license.
 
if his plates are expired I think that means he hade registered plates therefor a license nad just forgot his license.

 
Thats the reason why we have drunk drivers all the time. People like you getting cut breaks all the time. The only way people will learn is when the law fucks them in the ass.

 
i think that its funny how if your a minor, anything that goes on your record gets wiped clean once you turn 18. your so lucky
 
I hate people who drink and drive. So to the thread creator, may God have mercey on your dumb shit of a soul.
