Dude is on the short end of average... Hence he is short. That sucks, but you can't fault a guy for something he cannot change. Being short does affect the aesthetics of a physique.

And again, in that video, dude is of very average muscle mass, and of very average body fat.

NOT someone who looks like they know what they're doing and has put it into practice.

just because someone does not use steroids doesnt me they are "average".

Either way he's super handsome.... so maybe he doesnt feel the need to juice up like the ugly people...

lol nobody's telling you to take steriods, only that you could benefit from getting your eating in check. if you got rid of the little flab you're carrying around it would likely give you a little definition too.

and it's ok to be average, so don't let that get you down. you can't really change your height so just embrace being short and work on the rest.

Being that you're clearly a troll I don't know why I keep coming back in here. It's pretty well known being that the picture is taken from a newschoolers is chat room that I've been going into for like 4 years. That I do have a six pack and that is me. I'm more than fine with how my face looks. So unlike you I'm actually done with this thread and I'm not coming back in.

I think it's fair to say if me and California (who I don't agree on a lot of things but exercise is one of the things he's very knowledgeable on) agree on something and that's your are in no shape to be bragging about your physique. Than it must be true, drop the fast food and stop making everyday a cheat day.

I would suggest that he put the junk food in the top cubboard, so at least when he wants it he gets some exercise in the form of climbing on the counter to reach it.
