I'm half tempted to post a picture of myself, there's absolutely no definition in those arms he obviously takes creatine and his diet is awful.

So lemme get this straight- an overweight, tubby, short guy with minimal muscle mass is gonna give me tips on how to grow my upper arms? Ya, okay chief. Spend some time in the gym and out of the fridge and then maybe we can discuss lifting for aesthetics.

Man, I've seen more muscle on guys using a treadmill at Planet Fitness. And he is probly around 18-20% BF. If you are making good progress and keep working hard and eating right you can reach your aesthetic goals.

And the photo of the kid at the computer had no more muscle definition than Chris. Just the lighting was shadowing his delt. The noses didn't even lol alike in the 2 pics. To me your traps looked small...stomach looked like it had no abs... Arms were decent but your face was ugly. Your averge...

The second pic just some blond? Kid who goes to the gym with good shadowing for sholder there. Your "body" doesn't look any better imo. But at least Chris is good looking. 1st pic kinda looks like a horse

You can tell from the utter lack of vascularity, striations, or angles anywhere on his arms. Just looks soft.

It also doesn't help that he's short. It gives the illusion of dwarf arms.

His skin might be soft

No one threw him to the wolves because A) he's significantly bigger, and B. He didn't create a thread, website, and YouTube channel bragging about his physique.
