Ok so one of my friends at school told her boyfriend that she was pregnant. Almost everyone in my grade was in on it and the boyfriend was freaking out he started to tear up and was all like "MY LIFE IS RUINED!!!". She then told him april fools so he broke up with her. Do you think that he should have broken up with her for a little joke?

...two seperate ideas.
idea one - the original boyfriend/girlfriend were in a petty youthful relationship for breaking up over a joke, no matter how tasteless.
idea two - i dont like the idea of getting that joke played on me, in present times.
