Other than skiing what do most of you guys do sports wise. You guys do any of it to get ready for ski season?
I just graduated from HS and I used to wrestle and play football which would put me in the most amazing shape ever for skiing. Now I just lift so I have the same to more muscle, but my endurance is piss poor.
