The goverment tries to scare people so they will support it, that is the whole thing. And if it is not the goverment, it si the news that does it for the goverment. the fact is they have movies of these 2 peoples deaths and they show them over and over again becuase it is horrible to see people getting treated like that. well i want to know why they odnt she any Iraqi civilians dieing in a horrible way, becuase plenty of them have died in horrible ways. Both sides (iraq, and the US) do bad things, and i dont need a movie of someone getting their head chopped off to understand that.

i think that things would go alot smoother for the admin if none of the deaths (executions and military casualties) were not covered as frequently as they are. its not in the admins interest to have constant coverage of our guys dying over there in various ways you know... i would assume the opposite of you have deduced.

they dont show alot of our guys dieing though. there are a few ones that are extreme and it seems that they are taking advntage of them for sympathy and support of the american people. i dont know, i guess it can go both ways

they report any new casualties anytime they happen. they will always say something to the effect that there was such and such a raid on millitant strongholds today, blahblah, X number of millitants were killed, and X number of marines were killed or wounded.

it would do the admin far more benefit if the american people thought that everything was peaches and cream over there, and that we had everything in hand.

umm actually their casualties are skewed. did you know if a medic gets to a guy and he is still alive but he dies later it doesnt count as a casualty?

WHY ARE THEY BEHEADING PEOPLE!?!?!? because you're covering it world wide! if no one heard about it, there would be no reason to do it. it's all publicity.

so you can thank the media for the beheadings. the more they show information in the press about it, the longer this is going to rage on. they're trying to make money off of other people being tortured, and they are very sucessful at it. i'm sure that's not their intent, but that's the way it's panning out.

why did ESPN play the video of that hockey hit by bertuzzi over and over, they do it because controversy sells, there isnt a hidden reason behind it like the support of the government, its just one simple rule, people are more likely to watch a beheading, which is the hottest story on the news by far, than they are to watch hannity and colmes yell stupid shit at each other

It still counts as a casuality just not a K.I.A theres no big conspiracy behind that. And you want to know why we don't play footage of Iraqi civilians dying in horrible ways. I'd say thats pretty simple we don't purposely film ourselves cutting civilians heads off. When civilians die it's an accident from long ranges and theres prolly not a lot of cameras around. These militants are pretty fucking retarded if they think we are gonna let a bunch of their people go for a few Americans. 'Leave Iraq or we will cut this mans head off' Ummm, howya bout no. I think by not honoring their requests they will eventually cut the bullshit and stop kidnapping westerners.

it is not fake. according i was in the room when some guys watched the nick burg video and the eugene armstrong video. i was playin halo, but they told me about it, since i didn't want to see it. they said that that the berg video was brutal but it looked like he was already dead when they cut off his head, so he wasn't moving and there wasn't much blood. with the armstrong video, they said he was obviously moving and the blood was just gushing out like his neck was a hose turned on full blast, and you could hear his screams, and they changed as his throat was slashed and it was loud breathing and gurgling sounds and he was definitely alive and suffering horribly for like three minutes whil they sawed away at his head with a dull knife. it was the most sickeningly evil thing i had ever heard in my life. don't even try to discount how terribly evil these people are. it is no joking matter.

i just saw the video of one of the guys beheadings. fucking sick!i felt like i was gonna throw up. i think thats the grossest thing i've ever seen in my life, and i regret watching it.

 
its because americans have killed so many and americans wouldnt care to see an iraqi dying but they would care if they saw one of there own dying
