The apple fell from my skis

2 weeks ago I bought 07 movement kamasutra. After a nose press and 200 meters of sking the apple came out of my base.

In the shop the said that it was the first time in 10 years that it happened. yet the changed the logo in the base of the new series. Wondering if anyone has had this before. Ps: MAD PROPS to movement got a pair of 08 kamasutra's.
 
Ive seen the same thing happen to a snowboard. One design on the base was just protruding about half a centimeter and would come apart from the rest of the board when he flexed it.
 
Mad props to them for giving you another pair of skis when their base fell out? I think all companies should do that.
 
word. thats real legit.

When something like that happens - positive warranty/replacement feedback on big sites like this is exactly what the companies need.
 
that happened with my public enemy's last year i did a nose on a simple box and the crosshair completely came off..kinda freaked me out cuz i had no base on my tip but k2 hooked me up with new skis
