Anyone done it? I am planning on doing a segment of it this summer. Any ideas or segments that are a must? Please help me plan my trip!

sick book. i might go for mount washington - katahdin. only problem is you might not want to spoil the finnish for if your ever through hike it. maybe just go for the long trail in vt?
