You should add a link for submitting a bug and give a template for fields to fill out and require the fields in order to enable submission, i.e.

I am running Android 10 Build QQ1B.191205.012.A1 with kernel 4.14.111-gfbab955f0afa-ab5964062
#1 Thu Oct 24 18:51:41 UTC 2019 last patched 12/5 on an unlocked Google Pixel 4 with version 0.1.9 of the NS app and I am not seeing this issue just for another datapoint on the issue.
