Hey guys I'm a noob to the Saga stuff and this is the first year I've ordered a jacket + pant. Whats with the confirmation stuff people keep talking about? I got a confirmation e-mail today from them for my order placed yesterday. Does that mean its shipped or does saga usually send out multiple e-mails? For other online stores I usually only receive one e-mail. Appreciate any help thanks.

I just got conformation for my order which had l sour grape pants Originally,but I talked to them on live chat and asked to change to xl. They conformed it , yet my conformation said L pants. Is that just because of what I ordered or have they forgotten? Please reply urgent!!!!!

And here it is. I'm 6ft 155 lbs, narrow shoulders and I ordered XL. The pants are huge, I'm swimming in them. The jacket comes 2 inchs from the top of my knee when sinched up.

I got the saga prize pack that was for the first 200 people, but I ordered in august and I don't think I was one of the first 200.
