The 2011-2012 Saga thread

This is probably a repost so please don't be offended if it is, I haven't really come across it in this thread. Well in Level 1's After Dark during the interview of Wiley Miller in the Japan segment Wiley is wearing a blue flannel and I spotted a saga tag on right chest pocket. Many of you have probably seen this and it might be a repost, but it does look sick and I thought i might as well share incase some of you didnt already see it
 
How warm is the On Deck supposed to be? The description of "insulated shell" makes me feel like it isn't going to be as warm as other insulated jackets.
 
Am I the only one that actually likes it? IMO, I think its dope, stuff is really classy, not baggy and bright.
 
I think the flannel looks really good. I want one.

It's street wear, not dresses. If you want big stuff, be like every other kid and get it twice its recommend size.

I thought the coaches jacket looked good, hopefully is a slimmer fitting piece, would make for an awesome fall/spring jacket!
 
I really enjoyed everything. It is stuff I can wear whilst teaching which will be great. I just am not stoked how expensive it will be ha ha.
 
Thing is, there's A LOT of classy clothing out there. Saga used to make good looking clothes with tall fit. Now, they make classy looking clothes without tall fit. Why?
 
Hmm i thought it was supposed to be a Winter line not a Fall/Springish line which is more what it looks like to me. I loove Saga but I'm not stoked on anything I saw in there lookbook, for the first time. Hoping for more hoodies or something in the actual drop!
 
both the flannels and the button up look dope. defs gonna get at least one of them and maybe the jeans depending on the price
 
the tall baggy colourful shirts were in the fall drop, they will probably have a couple of pullovers for on hill wear but i love the new stuff, every company is taking a more fitted classy look and i like it. After all they need to broaden their name just like jiberish is
 
well really that is the goal after all, they are still making outerwear but have produced some items that can be worn off hill and make you not look like a idiot, as classier clothing seems to becoming a trend now. and like i said i like the new stuff and will be picking up alot as i am quite the saga whore

perddy muuuch. idk why people are getting mad at the people asking wear the baggy stuff is? thats a legit question. where is the baggy ass massive hoodies, crews, and thermals?

this. even though i wouldn't buy any bagging hoodie, its what saga has sold successfully in the past so i do wonder why they aren't producing those on top of what we saw in the lookbook.
 
haha yeah its pissing me off too and i thought they would drop the gloves to but i guess its ganna be in the spring drop which is probably more appropriate anyway seeing there park gloves
 
always liked saga, but wow...slow 70's track and a lookbook video? are they serious with this obvious rip? a few of those shirts and jackets even look exactly like jiberish, including some of the tagging. gotta stay in your lane saga.

and a Diamond Supply name rip too? saga supply?
 
Well most obviously don't like it because it's not like saga at all. There are far more brands to get classy clothing than saga imo.
 
hahahahah. so many people on here think that jiberish is the only streetwear company in the world. have you never seen any other companies clothing lines? in no way were jiberish's buttons unique this year. and for jackets, just about every streetwear company this year has a black coaches jacket.
 
hell no they aren't the first to do it, and i am well aware of the other brands that you are implying. but you can't argue that isn't undeniably close on vibe, music, and clothing. just look at the tagging on their button downs. it is just super similar on so many levels. the gingham shirt is almost exactly the same on a number of details. whatever though. just seemed odd to me.
 
I like saga, but this isn't the saga I like. I buy it for mostly ski wear and the occasional streetwear hoodie or shirt. Looks like they are going in a new direction, and it doesn't look bad, just not the saga I want.
 
live chatted saga, asked them about the baggy winter hoodies and crews

they said there was so much more to come in the future
 
Which is obvious considering they do it every year. I don't understand why people are shitting themselves over this one lookbook.
