The 2011-2012 Saga thread

haha to everyone whos responding to this, i got xls a while ago, i know those were the right size i was just trying to help out the guy who asked the question

after seeing the style and fit this year, i have come to the conclusion that the regular pants are not big enough and the slims are not slim enough.

From what I understand the "slims" we'rent really intended to be skinny pants...just tapered in the knee more and have a higher crotch for a less baggy fit. And in my opinion, Saga's Anomie pants are SUPER baggy, almost too baggy for me, and, from what I've heard, this years Anomie is no different than other years fit wise.

Same problem as least years. The XL's were to slim fitting for my taste. If you want big you have to get the 9/10 season pants. They were perfect

alright. based on different pictures ive come to the conclusion that all the people wearing the slims in the style and fit are sagging them.

Tim is not sagging, Keefbox is slightly (although not as much as he does when he skis in them - you can see a difference in his edits when he's wearing them). Also, Tim is 6'1" and Keefer is 5'8" and they're both wearing XLs which also changes the way the look

Stopped by Saga yesterday and tried on the On Deck jacket, it feels so warm and it's very comfortable, I like the fit as well! Can't wait for the Slims samples in my size to come in so I can try them on. It looks like Saga will be getting some of my money this winter! Really stoked with how the brand is shaping up.

^I didn't ask specifically when the stuff will ship out, but I kinda got the impression it will be before Nov. 30. Some more samples are coming in next week, so it looks like they are trying to get the ball rolling. If you are interested in the On Deck, I'm pretty sure those are all in and ready to go, not sure what else is.

Thisthisthis. I have 9/10 pants and they're the most comfortable pants i've ever owned. I have 10/11 pants as well and they seem kind of restricting compared to 9/10. 9/10 had more width from the knees down and seemed almost stretchy. I wonder if that has to do with the change to 3L material as well as sizing change?

I Know this type of question has probably been asked like a million times but i'm about to do it again...
I'm 5' 8 WHAT SIZE saga would be best.
I want the XL but i dont want the jacket to come over my knees and mess me up when im throwin my steez ass tricks in the air, know what im sayin
soooo does anyone of similar height have an XL 2011 jacket/ how big is it?
-Thanks Negros+K for responses

Yeah the lower leg on the 10/11 pants fit to tight. 9/10 pants in XL are huge but in a good way. They are just right unlike FD's XL which are stupid wide. I like my Smoke/Mirrors color wise but hate the fit.

any word on XLs shipping yet? I remember XLs shipped first last year, hoping the same happens this time around. got xl pants and large jacket last year so i had to wait...didnt make the same mistake this year

In The Grand Bizarre Tim Durtschi is wearing something that looks like a white jacket with blue pants. Is that the caufield grey or which one is it?k+ for answers!

Yo im 6'5 and have had the Tim D model Xl jacket and pants ordered. But wondering if the xl pants will fit my skinny ass 32-33 waist. Thoughts?

they have velcro tightener things inside them for the waist. im the same size and if you put them all the way tightened they will fit you.

Any photshopers want to throw me together a The Takover/Purple Rain combo. Without the coat to the knee's. Saga's 3L has me intrigued.

Did they make the sour grape pants lighter purple?
